air fryer potato salad: Ingredients: 1.5 pounds (680g) baby potatoes, halved 2 tablespoons olive oil Salt and pepper, to taste 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill 2 green onions, chopped 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion 1 celery stalk, finely chopped Instructions: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the halved baby potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss well to coat the potatoes evenly. Transfer the potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
