Ingredients

  • 1 to 12 eggs (large)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 270 degrees F.
  2. Place eggs in the air fryer, preferably on a wire rack, and cook for 15-17 minutes.
  3. Immediately place eggs in a bowl full of cold water and ice until cool, at least 5 minutes.
  4. Peel eggs and top with salt and pepper or refrigerate up to one week.

Notes

Older eggs will peel easier than fresher eggs.
